JOB DESCRIPTION 

ADMINISTRATOR  16 hours per week, 4 hours a day

Monday- Thursday 10am – 2.00pm
 
JOB PURPOSE: To support day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth running of Team Hub CIC.
RESPONSIBLE TO: | Lucy Randall Operations Director
SALARY: | £11,190 per annum (real living wage)
PLACE OF WORK AND WORKING PATTERNS: | The post is based at Team Hub New Parks Community Centre  St Oswald Rd, New Parks,  Leicester  LE3 6RJ                                                                    16 hours per week,
4 hours a day over 4 days (some flexibility possible)
Attendance at evening meetings and events is required very occasionally and always with plenty of notice.

Job Description
·       Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
·       Manage incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
·       Marketing - Updating Social Media Posts
·       Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
·       Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them in a timely manner
·       Support data entry and assist with the preparation of reports
·       Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial tasks using the Xero accounting system
·       Coordinate and manage room hire bookings and timetables
·       Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the company as required
·       Attend team and company meetings as necessary
·       Adhere to company policies, including equality and diversity, health and safety, data protection, and safeguarding
·       Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the organisation. 
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential / desirable
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively.  Essential
2. Good communication skills written and verbalk   Essential
3.  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team   Essential
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)    Essential
5.  Ability to work in a busy, multi-purpose office.  Essential
6. Previous administrative experience Desirable
7. Experience of financial accounting system  Desirable
